Job description - Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analysis of counter party credit risk;
  • Analysis of the companies past and future Financial Statements;
  • To carry out industry study and prepare industry research report;
  • Undertake peer benchmarking studies;
  • Meetings with company management, auditors, bankers and other lenders;
  • To do field and factory visits;
  • To recommend the credit rating and/or grading;
  • Presenting the rating/grading proposal to the Rating Committee;
  • Preparation of rating rationale
  • Rating migration studies pertaining areas of work;
  • To maintain MIS pertaining to the relevant areas of work.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA/PGDM in Finance, PG Diploma in Any Specialization, CA in CA
